The healing package consists of two videotapes and one audiotape. One of the videos is informative: it describes the method, its process and use, and also provides testimonials from Elena's many - and healthy! - clients. The other video, like its audio counterpart, is charged with Elena's healing power, providing the material for your healing sessions.

Both tapes are used in the same way as the healing page. Listen to the audio tape or view the video tape each day for seven consecutive days. Take a break of thirty days and repeat the cycle if need be.

Alternately, you can use the tapes on a one-time basis to provide reassurance and/or alleviate stress.
